The following is an excerpt from the exercise component of a video series we created in collaboration with a cardiac rehabilitation program at a Toronto area hospital. The full exercise component contains a varierty of Warmup, Resistance and Stretching exercises designed for high functioning patients and another complete set designed for those less fit.
The exercise videos also contain tips to help the patients get the most from their exercises.
The video series is rounded out with educational segments on a variety of cardiac related topics; managing angina, understanding RPE, foul weather exercise, etc.
